Welcome to ClearLet. By booking our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Services Provided

ClearLet provides professional end-of-tenancy and specialist cleaning services as described on our website. We aim to deliver high-quality cleaning to meet landlord and letting agent standards.

Booking and Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.

  • A booking is confirmed once we send a written confirmation (email or SMS).

  • Please provide accurate details, including property address and access instructions.

Payment

  • Payment terms will be outlined at booking confirmation.

  • We accept bank transfer only. 

  • Payment must be received in full before or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

Access to Property

  • You are responsible for providing ClearLet with access to the property at the agreed time.

  • If access is denied, we may charge a no-access fee [specify amount if you have one].

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount. 

  • We reserve the right to reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice.

Liability

  • While we take utmost care, ClearLet is not liable for pre-existing damage or items left unsecured.

  • We do not accept liability for damage caused by fragile or improperly maintained fixtures or fittings.

  • We recommend removing or securing valuables before our visit.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will arrange a free re-clean of the affected areas.

Data Protection

  • We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
