ClearLet is committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. We carefully inspect all work to ensure it meets the agreed standards.
Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted if the cleaning service was not performed as agreed or did not meet the industry standards expected for end-of-tenancy cleaning.

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify ClearLet within 48 hours of the cleaning service completion.
How to Request a Refund

Contact us at info@clearlet.co.uk with your booking details and reason for dissatisfaction.

We may ask for photos or other evidence of the issue.
Resolution Process

Upon review, we may offer a partial or full refund, or arrange for a re-clean at no additional cost.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

You cancel within the cancellation window and incur cancellation fees.

The issue arises from circumstances beyond ClearLet’s control (e.g., access denied, damage caused by tenant/third parties).

The property condition was not disclosed at booking and affects cleaning ability.
