Refund Policy

Overview

ClearLet is committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. We carefully inspect all work to ensure it meets the agreed standards.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be granted if the cleaning service was not performed as agreed or did not meet the industry standards expected for end-of-tenancy cleaning.

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must notify ClearLet within 48 hours of the cleaning service completion.

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us at info@clearlet.co.uk with your booking details and reason for dissatisfaction.

  • We may ask for photos or other evidence of the issue.

Resolution Process

  • Upon review, we may offer a partial or full refund, or arrange for a re-clean at no additional cost.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You cancel within the cancellation window and incur cancellation fees.

  • The issue arises from circumstances beyond ClearLet’s control (e.g., access denied, damage caused by tenant/third parties).

  • The property condition was not disclosed at booking and affects cleaning ability.

Changes to This Policy

  • ClearLet reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Please review it regularly on our website.
